Consultations
Personalized consultations and interior design services are provided on
an hourly basis. Expenses may include time spent shopping for furniture,
rugs, art, and accessories, or it may simply be to better utilize what
you already have in your home, making it more efficient, to help you
achieve a more functional space.
Window Treatments Upholstery Slipcovers
A one-time initial charge is expected for lydia costa INTERIORS
to come to your home or office to consult and take basic measurements to
create a design and a cost proposal for your review. This charge is
applied to your purchase of window treatments, upholstery, or
slipcovers, within 60 days of initial consultation.
Upon your approval of the design and selection of materials, an initial
60% deposit is expected to initiate the project. The remaining balance
due is expected upon installation |
